The Frank W. Ballou Senior High School Alumni Association Inc. was organized in 2014 in the District of Columbia as a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation which provides scholarship and other financial support to students and graduates of the Frank W. Ballou Senior High School in Washington, DC.

Our goal is to build a lively community of BSHS alumni who stay actively involved with our school, helping it remain one of the top high schools in Washington, D.C. We aim for our students to receive an outstanding education, equipping them to be influential leaders and committed contributors to society.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Ballou Senior High School Alumni Association, Inc. (BAA) is dedicated to supporting BSHS alumni while advancing the school’s vision to cultivate and empower socially engaged leaders for college, career, and global success. We are committed to making meaningful investments in our current students, improving the school’s infrastructure, programs, and curriculum. Our mission is to foster lasting relationships among BSHS alumni, current students, faculty, staff, and administration. Through active alumni involvement, we aim to inspire and mentor students, preparing them to become leaders who will impact their communities, their nations, and the world at large.
